Airbnb、航空会社の設立検討

米民泊大手のAirbnb（エアビーアンドビー）共同創業者ブライアン・チェスキー氏は、英高級The Timesのインタービューで「航空会社の設立を検討中」と発言。チェスキー氏は「エンドツーエンドで旅行事業に参入できることを確かめたい」と語った。

We’ve seriously considered a lot of things around aviation and we’ve spent a lot of time exploring different concepts.

We definitely want to make sure, though, that we can get into the end-to-end trip business.

Airbnbは米国時間2月22日にサンフランシスコで開催したイベントで、高級版Airbnb「Airbnb Plus」と「Beyond by Airbnb」、音楽サービス「Airbnb Concerts」を新たに提供することを発表している。
